The day was just about Chandertaal and staying next to it. I decided to stay near Chandertaal for 1 more day as I know from this point I can proceed or return due to time constraints. My friend had earlier said there was a bus from Kaza that drops to you in Manali and from there I could take another bus to delhi and flight back home. I walked around Chandertaal and hiked in the nearby hill. The reflection over the lake is still in my memories. I had met another guy Sanjay who instantly bonded and said he came from Shimla side with Australian tourists. They were talking to me and it was birthday of one of them. Sanjay had made a carrot cake for them. We spotted marmots near the lake.
Soon I headed to Kunzum and Losar. My friend from Parasol had suggested to stay in Kaza and take a bus from there. He was kind enough to meet and host me there. Apparently, the bus goes via the same route I cycled and from Khoksar to Manali. I wanted to cycle as much as I can with the time I have and take the bus. The bus usually starts quite early at Kaza 5 am. One could see the spiti river throughout the ride with canyon-like landscapes.
